Performance Asset Management (PAM) is a real estate management and consulting services firm located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.  We focus on maximizing performance and financial results for owners, developers, and investors of conventional multi family, student, senior housing, and commercial office projects primarily focused in the South Eastern region of the U.S.

James is responsible for leading Operations Management and Capital Deployment for and on behalf of our Capital Partners. James works with a seasoned team of operators throughout the United States in order to effectively and intelligently position assets and deploy capital for intensive construction or renovation project.

With a demonstrated track record of proven success and in both operations and capital deployment, he has led large business-unit turnarounds for two of the largest REITs in the country, AIMCO and Equity Residential. James is a seasoned real estate operator, having operated in 14 different states managing numerous projects simultaneously.

The largest portfolio under Jame's direct management included 65 assets totaling 17,921 units. He also led the recruiting, startup, and successful management of the Customer Service Center at the Indianapolis Regional Operations Center. Business model experience includes: privately owned, syndicated, REITs, and TICs. James has managed and/or asset managed multiple product types and classes including: Conventional & Affordable Multifamily, Student Housing, Senior and Assisted Living Communities, and Commercial.

The physical plants managed include: brand new construction, redevelopment, 30+ year-old assets, and conventional built and modular construction.
