Includes monitoring operating accounts, planning for pre-funding of accounts prior to stabilization, establishing/reviewing project payments. Managing inspections and invoice approval and check selection process for capital projects.
Capital Management
Includes investor relations, reviewing P & L statements, creating project variance reports for capital/construction plan.
Property Management
Includes sourcing/contracting 3rd party property management companies if required. Supervise and drive 3rd party management performance for multi family, commercial, and senior housing assets.
